Here I am again in another situation when my faith is tested. There are just so many things that I think are too much to handle. As they say, “Hope for the best but expect the worst.” Thinking positively about how the future can be is easy. It’s like painting a picture with vivid colors and images. But imagining the worst cases that may lie ahead makes me cringe and can change my temperament.
I am a very transaprent person and I feel guilty when people who genuinely care for me are saddened to see me unhappy. I am touched by their concern, but when anxiety strikes, it’s just too challenging for me to keep a beaming disposition.
Sometimes I forget to have faith in the Lord, trust in Him and believe in the best things He has planned for me.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
To my family and friends, thank you for always understanding my mood swings. Thank you for standing by my side despite the difficulties that I am trying to surpass. You are truly God’s blessings.
