We purchased a voucher for an overnight stay in Luxent Hotel at the Travel Tour Expo last Friday. If my memory serves me right, it was valid for a year. Just two days later (Lunar New Year’s Eve), we decided to use it.
Personally, I liked how close the hotel is to our house. Weird, right? But if you live in Metro Manila, you know very well that not having to put up with horrible traffic already is a luxury. Less stress, more time to unwind and enjoy.
We stayed in the Superior Queen Room which has two queen-size beds. It comes with buffet breakfast for two and free WiFi internet access. Decent connection if I might add.
The kids wanted to swim in the pool while the adults wanted to eat and sleep. It was a short yet rejuvenating last-minute vacation.
Garden Cafe on the ground floor serves buffet dinner. Unfortunately, I had prior dinner plans so it was just my parents and my sister who stayed for dinner. I tortured myself by taking a look at their food selection before I left and I saw they had lechon and a build-your-own Mongolian stir-fry bowl station that looked so appetizing!
Cramming where to have your date this Valentine’s Day? You might want to consider having a sit-down dinner or a buffet at Luxent Hotel.
Luxent Hotel is located at 51 Timog Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila, 1103, Philippines.
