What can I say? Hat's off to Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM Lens! Great SLR accessory! I got lucky with this one. Actually, I was under pressure searching for a good macro lens since there wasn't enough time for Ate Shy to do the shopping. I searched lenses at Amazon and I just found myself reading the reviews of this lens. At the time I was reading the reviews, nine out of nine users gave it five stars! With fingers crossed, hoping that I landed on the right webpage (as if the five stars weren't enough), I just sent Ate Shy the link.
I definitely made the right choice! Here are some test shots using my new lens. It's a bit heavy and I have to get used to working with this type of lens. It requires extra effort to carry the camera with the macro lens, let alone make it WORK! Hahaha! I was hoping to take a few more shots before posting them, but I just can't wait! First few subjects are, of course, my favorite Kenneth Cole watches and some trinkets I found from my mother's collection.
