What's worse than working from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm? Working from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am! I just received notice that starting October, I'll be working from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am. I don't know how to react to such horrible news. My hats are off to them for not running out of ways to piss me off. Oh well. There is nothing I can do about it. It's part of my job. I should've known better. I have to deal with it.
Wait a minute. When I had my interview for that job, I clearly remember I was informed the latest shift is from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am.
On second thought, they have to deal with the consequences of putting me into that schedule.
I have two options: stick with this sick schedule and let them suffer the consequences or RESIGN.
I'd let them have a taste of diplomacy first.
