In preparation for the showing in theaters, I've just finished reading the fifth book of the Chronicles of Narnia - The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. It would be interesting to see the producers' take on this C.S. Lewis classic. They did a good job with The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and with Prince Caspian. As oppose to the first two movies, viewers shouldn't expect to see two of the Pevensie kids namely Peter and Susan.
I'm now moving on to my next material - Family Reunion by Carol Smith. I saw this in National Bookstore and it wasn't hard for me to decide whether I should get it or not. First, it's a mystery novel, which is one of my favorite genres. Secondly, I saw this on the sale section, priced at P99.
I'd start reading this tonight and I'd probably bring this to work so that I'd have something to do while serving my 5:00 pm to 2:00 am shift (I really just can't get over it!).
