I’m trying meat-free dishes this time. First on the menu is Grilled Dory Fish.
It’s a simple fish dish. I
rubbed the fish fillet with mixed spices and grilled it while glazing it with
herbed butter. This dish is a
winner!
Next
is the Spicy Tofu with Shiitake Mushrooms. This flavorful
Asian dish is perfect for vegetarians. Onions, bell peppers, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms are
stir fried in sesame oil. To add
more flavor, soy sauce and red wine are stirred in, plus the chili flakes to
give it that spicy kick.
