Yesterday at around 4 am, as I was watching Nip/Tuck in my laptop, I was surprised to receive a YM message. At the back of my mind, "Who's awake at this hour?" It was Jennifer! She's one of my nicest friends in college. She's now in New York looking for "Labels and Love." Hahahaha! Too bad, I wasn't able to go to her despedida for reasons I'm sure you know. ;)
She was at the Apple Store at 5th Avenue! We took advantage of the shop's webcam and internet connection and chatted for a while. It was way past my bedtime, but what the heck! Nurturing friendships is just as important. Especially with my schedule right now, socializing is rare. Well anyway, she also showed me around (through the webcam, of course) the Mecca of Mac products. It's as if I was there!
