Comfort food I always turn to Filipino food for comfort. Since I was a kid, lugaw or goto never failed to make me happy. I can still remember coming home to my favorite Filipino version of congee. As I developed a sturdier digestive system, comfort food are now chicharon bulaklak and classic Filipino street food - isaw, balunbalunan, adidas, and tenga. When I crave for something to go with rice, I go for fried pork fats with okra and fish bagoong.
Game The Sims! And Super Mario Bros.
Movie The Kid. Bruce Willis's character in the movie reminds me of myself.
Thing to Do Taking photographs! Need I say more? Oh, and there's Tweeting, Facebook-ing, BBM-ing, and chatting.
And the world-renowned, entertaining Italian plumber is back!
I got really excited when I heard about the New Super Mario Bros. Wii! It's one of my favorite video games (alongside The Sims) and I can still remember playing long hours and spending sleepless nights just to get through the different levels and to unlock secret worlds. Hehehe! The last Super Mario installment I played was Super Mario World wherein the cute and friendly dinosaur Yoshi was introduced.
Now that it's back to bring countless hours of entertainment again, I can't wait to get my own copy of the game. I tried looking for best buys at eBay.ph, but the prices are pretty steep. Maybe I'd wait 'til it's available here.

With the new multiplayer option, I'm sure I'll be enjoying the game with my nieces, nephews and their parents!
I cannot contain my excitement for two of my favorites that are set to be released this June. Paul Potts's second album, Passione, is scheduled for release in UK on the first of June (might be later for the Philippines), and The Sims 3, one of the most successful video games of all time, will be made available a day after the release of Passione.
Both items can already be pre-ordered, but unfortunately, not in the Philippines. I'm just hoping that I'd get my hands on them the moment they're released here.
Click here for information on Passione, and here for The Sims 3.
Geeky as it may sound, I'm a huge fan of The Sims! With the first version of The Sims, I spent my late nights designing homes, manipulating the lives of those virtual people (trying to make a sensible story out of them), and downloading content from paid subscriptions! I was, and still am, that crazy! When The Sims 2 came out with better graphics, better biological transitions and better gameplay, the madness amplified. The creators weren't contented with the second version, and now they're coming up with The Sims 3 coming in 2009. To show my anticipation for the newest edition, I'd like to share with you the official trailer.
